Korean Taco Truck

I finally experienced my DC food truck. Apparently, every day during lunch hours, many food trucks gather around Farragut Square. From cupcakes, cheesecakes, smoothies, ice cream, crab cakes, gourmet sandwiches, teriyaki chicken lunch boxes, gourmet mac n' cheese, etc. I decided to try the Korean Taco truck. Mexican tortilla with Korean meat, doesn't that just sound amazing? I am aware that Southern California is suppose to have this truck roaming around, but I have yet to bump into it.

Far East Taco Grille

There were about 10 people in front of us in line. We waited about 20 minutes to reach the front of the line to place our order- pretty long.

The menu- limited, but good choices

Worth the wait- $3.00 each
Left: Rib eye steak with grilled bean sprouts, cilantro, sesame seeds, and sweet/mild sauce
Right:  Teriyaki chicken with Kimchi-lime, cilantro, sesame seeds, and sweet/mild sauce
This was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and juicy, and the chicken worked so well with the kimchi lime

Kiet decided to try a steak, chicken, and tofu
He says the tofu was not worth it and the other two were pretty good.  He was scared that he wouldn't be full afterwards, but he left quite satisfied

Kiet in professional attire and trying very hard to be neat

The glory of food trucks
I will definitely need to come back and enjoy the other delicacies
