So the mother taught me how to make this "diet" soup today. It is made with all vegetables, super healthy I guess. She told me that if I eat this everyday for 1 week, I can lose weight. I don't know if I'll lose weight, but the soup is super delicious and I eat it just because I like it!
It may look plain, simple and boring, BUT it's healthy, nutritious, and delicious.
Vegetable Soup
 |
Chop up some veggies: tomatoes, onions, cabbage, celery |
 |
Throw them all in a pot |
 |
Add water and chicken soup; I threw in some fish patties too |
 |
Cook to a boil/add salt to taste and Tahdah!
