Breakfast a la Dang

Every woman needs a man who can cook.  The best way to a woman's heart is through her belly- as long as its low-fat, low carbs, etc

Anyways, so the boy wanted to impress me with his housewife skills.

Croissant with ham, egg, cheese

2 fresh croissants

grill it over butter for that extra buttery and crispy texture

whisk 3 eggs 

add cheese in the eggs

place eggs on top of croissant

top it off with sliced turkey

complete

voila!

We love us some Vietnamese Coffee (espresso with condense milk over ice)

This "breakfast" actually occurred at 3:00 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Still delicious. Thank you very much my handsome house-man!
